Yesterday my Yahoo newsfeed featured a story about cliche songs played at weddings, and it reminded me of a song I heard sometime ago that would be perfect for such an occasion. Its hard to listen to “I Do” by Mika Cole without imagining the wedding ceremony, and this is not so surprising being that the last line of the chorus is “I can’t wait to say I do” to your lover in a wedding. Aside from making you want to tie the knot prematurely, the song is uplifting and Mika’s vocal talent is undeniable. Whether you’re planning a wedding right now, or plan on it in the future, this is a song you may want to put in your back pocket if you want to avoid being cliche, or if you happen to be a fan of good music.
